Privacy Policy

JobBring is a service of Parallel Marketing Inc ("JobBring", "we"). JobBring provides tools that contractors and other home-service businesses ("Businesses") use to talk with their own customers. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contact details you give a Business: name, phone number, email, property address and what work you are asking about.
- Messages: the text messages you exchange with a Business through JobBring, and call details such as the time and length of a call. We do not record call audio.
- Photos you upload to the floor visualizer. Location data is removed from photos on upload and photos are deleted after 7 days.
- Basic technical data such as device type and pages viewed.
How we use it
To deliver the service you asked for: replying to your call or text, preparing an estimate, scheduling a visit, and letting the Business you contacted follow up with you. We also use it to keep the service secure and working.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. Your number is shared only with the Business you contacted and with the service providers that deliver the messages (our telephone carriers), solely to provide the service.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share information with
The Business you contacted; service providers who host our systems and carry calls and messages; and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Keeping and deleting information
Visualizer photos are deleted after 7 days. Message history and lead details are kept while the Business uses JobBring so it can serve you, and deleted on request. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@jobbringapp.com.
Children
JobBring is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
